These are some my favorite moments and quotes from yesterday
Dinner at the park which lasted 5 minutes, is it really Easter weekend? There was no spring in site, it was freezing.
Jake dressed especially nice yesterday in hopes he would see the cute girl he met at the park. He wanted to look like prince Eric, so he left the top button on his shirt open and wore jeans so he could wear his sword. He had all of the kids playing little mermaid at the park the other day. He gave them each a part to play-the captain, his dad Quazimoto, the mermaids. "Lower the sails!" he would yell.
Jake also imitated Jesse dancing, I could not stop laughing--it looked just like Jes and his dancing is not exactly pretty, unfortunately I missed getting the moment on tape. They take in everything don't they?
The boys had fun coloring eggs, decorating cookies, and we read their new Easter books together.

Oh my goodness! I wish you could have been here to hear Kelly and I laughing about Jake and his Prince Eric. That is soooo cute! I wish you had gotten that on tape.

a really great friend would have frosted the cookies too, instead of giving them to you unfrosted with some lame excuse about you and your kids having a chance to frost them :)!
